- Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.
- Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment. A flat fee of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is on its way.
Our Returns & Exchanges Philosophy
Your satisfaction is the final, essential accessory to any outfit. Our policy is built on transparency and care, ensuring the process is as seamless as discovering your next favorite piece in our Dresses & Jumpsuits or Jackets & Coats collections.
Policy at a Glance
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Return Method: Initiated via our Customer Care team. Please use the returns portal as instructed.
- Refund Timeline: Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request (Within 15 Days of Delivery)
To ensure a personalized and efficient process, please contact our Customer Care team to initiate your return or exchange. Send your request to [email protected] using the template provided below. This allows us to tailor the process to your global location and specific order.
Step 2: Prepare Your Package
Please pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging if possible, including all tags, labels, and any protective bags. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once authorized, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. As a global store, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (like DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service) and retaining your proof of postage.
Note for International Returns: For returns outside the US, you may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred. We cannot label returned items as “gifts.”
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once your return is received and inspected at our Sacramento headquarters, we will notify you via email.
- For Refunds: Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- For Exchanges: We will process the shipment of your requested replacement. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or contact you for an alternative.
Important Exceptions & Final Sale Items
In line with industry practices for intimate and hygiene-sensitive categories, and to maintain the curated quality of our collections, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings & Pierced Jewelry: For health and hygiene reasons, all items in our Earrings category are final sale.
- Personalized or Altered Items: Any item that has been customized, monogrammed, or altered at your request.
- Clearance or Promotional Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
All other items, including our Bags, Necklaces, Flats, Heels, Jeans, Pants, Dresses & Jumpsuits, Jackets & Coats, and our full range of Plus Size collections (Bottoms, Dresses, Outerwear) are eligible for return or exchange within the 15-day window, provided they meet the condition requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Please include photographs of the item and its packaging in your email.
