Final Sale Items: To maintain quality and for health reasons, certain items are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This includes all Earrings & Pierced Jewelry, personalized/altered items, and clearance/promotional items marked “Final Sale.”

4. Orders and Payment Terms

Order Process:

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once payment is authorized and you receive an order confirmation email from [email protected].

Pricing and Payment:

Prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. You authorize us to charge the total amount, including shipping and applicable taxes, to your chosen payment method.

Shipping:

• Processing: Orders are carefully prepared at our Sacramento headquarters within 1-2 business days.
• Methods & Delivery:
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. A flat fee of $12.95 applies. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• Service Area: We ship worldwide, with exceptions for some remote regions and parts of Asia. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination and customs.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Your satisfaction is essential. Our policy is designed for transparency and care.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.
• Process: Initiate a return by contacting our Customer Care team at [email protected]. An RMA number is required.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Damaged/Incorrect Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a prepaid return and expedited resolution.
